Alternative Coffee Brewing is focused on non-pressurized brewing. Non-pressurized brewing takes on many forms: V60 Drip, Clever Dripper, French Press, Aeropress etc. During this 2 hour session, we will cover the theory of manual brewing, and implement all the lessons learnt for hands-on and tasting.
