San Antonio Chaguite - Pacamara, Washed
This variant is currently sold out
The Perez family has been one of our direct-to-origin producers for the past five years, and we are delighted to present to you their sixth harvest this year. Amongst all the Family Bonds Coffee farms, the San Antonio Chaguite farm sits at the highest elevation at 1,950 metres above sea level. Championing all aspects of what we believe constitutes Specialty Coffee, the Perez family utilises technology and an Agronomical approach to maintaining their farm lands. The results of which drive their coffees to be perennially consistent in quality and stability.
Pacamaras are known for their elegant acidity and complex, intense aroma. This Pacamara varietal from the Finca Isnul farm has always been extremely popular. Due to popular demand, the farmers decided to experiment planting this varietal on Finca San Antonio Chaguite as well, and the results were equally astounding.
